JOHN F. SOJA

Attorney Soja is a founding member of the firm. His areas of practice include general liability litigation, estate planning and estate settlement including probate, real estate transactions, business planning.

He graduated from Brown University and Boston University Law School. He is admitted to practice in both state and federal court systems in Massachusetts and New York.

He is a seasoned litigator and has participated in numerous trials in the Commonwealth and has achieved personal injury awards and settlements for his injured clients.

He is active in the business community and was a co-founder of the Boston Road Business Association which comprises approximately 100 businesses on the Springfield-Wilbraham Boston Road corridor.

Attorney Soja lives in Wilbraham with his wife, Sheila.

REGINA PERRY-ABBOTT

Attorney Regina Perry-Abbott is a graduate of the University of Southern Maine and Western New England Law School. She is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts state and federal courts.

Her practice involves a concentration in family matters where she has represented clients for many years and is highly experienced in all aspects of litigation  in divorce actions and related issues including  child custody,  support and alimony, visitation, property division, and removal of children by one parent to another state.

Her litigation experience also extends to personal injury matters, complex issues involving  business matters, contracts and real estate claims.

She maintains a mediation practice in family matters as well, designed to provide consenting parties with an alternate dispute resolution process to resolve issues related to their divorce without the necessity of protracted litigation.
